The Global Carbon Council is pleased to announce that Clarification-No.-04.pdf, version 1.0 – 2022 is now available on the GCC website, under “Resource Centre”
During its meeting held on May 23 and 24, the GCC Steering Committee agreed to provide clarifications (as stated in this document) in response to several requests for clarification on the following:
(a) Applicability of the July 5, 2022, deadline for initial submission of A2 projects when they are affected by the occurrence of force majeure; and
(b) Date by which Project Owners shall exclude CPA from the registered CDM-PoA to be eligible for registration under the GCC Program.
